A great spot that we stopped at on our way back to SLC after visiting Provo. Beer options were outstanding. Service was spot on and made sure we were taken care of throughout our time. This included being welcomed and helping us find a spot on the patio with our little dog. Great outside seating options. Food was great. We each ordered a sandwich: Reuben and Bratwurst. Both of them were great. I highly recommend this place. Great service, food options, drink options, and spot to have a nice lunch and dinner.

Great beer, amazing old recipe food. Pork shank was spot on and pork schnitzel with a butter like sauce.

The place is beautiful, like a European cabin surrounded by mountains. The food is pretty authentic but it wasn't quite to our tastes. The starter we had was the basket and it could have fed 4 people. The entrees were smaller but it was a ton of food. The entrees are around $27 so on the higher side of pricing. It was pretty busy but we got seated straight away, the place is popular.

I was desperate for German food in Utah, so came here with 16 descendants ranging in age from 43 to zero. First off, the claim is that this is a Czech restaurant not German. So I am judging it as such. I got the schweinhaxe and it was quite good - better than the roast pork hock I had in Dallas! Less fatty, the glaze was tasty. The red cabbage was terrific. The spaetzle not quite as great - maybe not fried enough? Would have preferred more rotkohl & less spaetzle myself. Granddaughter had a Bratwurst platter which she enjoyed. I tasted her sauerkraut and it was first rate. My wife got roast beet salad which she enjoyed. All the servings were huge. I took my leftovers home and had two extra meals out of it. The pretzels are monstrous and the little kids went nuts over them. The beer cheese dip served with them is waaay too salty.

Good beer, good ambience and good food -- can't go wrong. The pretzel was a little burned but didn't stop us from eating it all. I shared the schnitzel with my husband cause I was pretty full from lunch. We enjoyed it. Bread pudding was very good. Our server may have been new or just wasn't very confident with the menu because he wasn't readily able to answer our questions but did get the answers eventually.

The menu hasn't changed at Bohemian Brewery in 23 years. Fred, the owner I am assuming, is upbeat, kind, and fun to talk with. Fred said, "you walk through those doors, you own it." The service is impeccable. Our sever was fast, competent, and friendly. The Noble Hefeweizen is light and delicious with the option to choose between three sizes (I got the 16 oz). The nachos are huge and have perfectly cooked cheese. You can add protein if you'd like. The Bohemian Club Sandwich is bursting with flavor and has turkey, ham, bacon, onion, and more! The bread is perfectly toasted. Finally, their garlic fried, oh my god, their garlic fries are the best fries I've ever had in my life. They are perfect--crispy and super garlicky. They are not greasy at all! This is my new favorite place! With a brewery vibe, great music, and a wide open concept, I would bring everyone here--from people visiting out of town to date nights--this place is perfect for any occasion!

I went here for dinner with a group of friends on our last day visiting Utah. We arrived on a Sunday evening around 6-7 pm and there was a few minute wait for a table for 4. They do not take reservations. We ordered the giant pretzel to share as an appetizer. My partner ordered the old world roast pork and I got the Schweinshaxen. Portions are huge and we had leftovers for breakfast the next day. The Schweinshaxen was very tender and the pork fell off the bone. I had it with spatzle - which is like a fried pasta. My other friend got the beef stroganoff - very delicious and flavorful! And another friend got the brats. We ordered the German chocolate cake to share between the 4 of us. Each dish was at least $20-25 with the Schweinshaxen being close to $30, so not the cheapest option in the area but I thought the food was good. They had a wide selection of German beers that you can get in different sizes. They also have cocktails which are a bit more pricy. Free parking in the lot. The inside is very homey and feels like you are in a log cabin!

I decided to Czech out Bohemian Brewery whilst in the SLC area and I'm sure glad I did. The restaurant/brewery has very Oktoberfest sort of vibe paired with some really great, on-style, German and Czech brews. The food is hearty, plentiful and perfectly pairs with knocking back steins of beer. Yours truly enjoyed the Dunkel and The Alt Beer. Food wise, the pierogies and spätzel were amazing & high marks for the calamari as well. Super friendly bartender and prompt service. I'll be back on my next visit to Utah.

Loved this place. Buzzing with energy and packed even at 4pm! We were in Salt Lake city for Christmas week and stopped here for a late lunch and some beer. We were super impressed with the beers honestly and they felt a little flat. Food was great we shared chicken schnitzel, bratwurst and their yummy pretzel! The bread pudding was also very lovely. Replace to visit while in SLC!
